Sedgefield 2004

Every year we try and spend a week in Sedgefield at Pine Lake Marina and 2004 was no different. It is always a great time and the Garden Route is really nice at this time of year. Warm to mild days and cool nights, perfect for a fire, sometimes a little rain (last year we spent over 2 hours stuck in mud) but the best part is that there are not hoards of people.

Spent the morning at the Wild Oats Farmer’s Market, where Daniel was taken with the little Kaapse Klopse group, and then for a little boating on Swartvlei.

Our last evening was spent on the beach at Pine Lake Marina with Daniel having a last play with some of his new friends.
