Granny Pike’s move

Great Granny, Kay Pike, moved from Kenton to Port Alfred so we went to lend a hand.
We left PE at about 9:00am and after a brief stop at the “Lunch Box” (tasty sausage rolls) in Alexandria for some food it was straight on to Port Alfred.
With Jack and Sandy having gone up on Friday and Grant and Loy lending a hand everything was pretty much under control when we arrived.
Glen spent much of the day entertaining Daniel or shopping, unless there was something heavy to move.
After lunch in Kenton-on-sea at Grant and Loy it was time for another load from the Kenton cottage to the Port Alfred cottage.
After a great dinner of sole and chips we left Kenton at about 7:30pm.
